About K7 Communications

I’m Kieran Fagan, and I’ve spent more than two decades in healthcare communications. I’ve led comms strategy from both sides: in-house at Novartis, CVS Health, and Aetna, and agency-side at W2O Group (now Real Chemistry). Along the way, I’ve shaped narratives, guided positioning, and helped leaders communicate with clarity and credibility.

I started K7 Communications to bring structure and objective data to narrative work. The Signal Score™ diagnostic, developed in 2023, is the result of that effort: a framework that evaluates narrative strength across seven core dimensions and provides competitive benchmarking.
