About K7 Communications
I’m Kieran Fagan, and I’ve spent more than two decades in healthcare communications, leading strategy from both in-house at Novartis, CVS Health, and Aetna, and agency-side at W2O Group (now Real Chemistry), advising startup biotech and large pharmaceutical companies.
I’ve shaped narratives, guided positioning, and helped leaders communicate with clarity and credibility. I know that healthcare narratives have to work harder than most, explaining complex science, navigating regulation, and speaking to diverse groups of stakeholders.
I developed the Signal Score™ framework to measure narrative strength across seven core elements, and built a benchmark dataset of 750 healthcare companies across pharma, biotech, and medtech.
